You need:
- 1/3 carrot
- 1/3 beets (raw)
- 1/3 apple
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 1 drop sunflower oil
- 1 cm ginger
- 50 milliliter water
Preperation:
1. Wash, peel, and run the beet and carrot through a juicing machine.
2. Wash, core, and juice the apple. Add 1 splash of lemon juice.
3. Peel and grate the ginger and add it to the juice.
4. Pour the juice in a glass, add water, and a drop of oil. Stir everything.
