You need:
- 1.5 oranges
- 3 carrots
- 1.5 apples
- to taste lemon juice
- ice cube
- to taste water
Preperation:
1. Squeeze the juice from the oranges. Peel and chop the carrots. Core and chop the apples.
2. Add orange juice, apple, carrot, and ice to a blender.
3. Season with lemon juice and add some water if necessary.
