This smoothie offers something of everything: carotene from the carrot, vitamin C from the orange, and many other important substances from the apple. You can enjoy this smoothie without hesitation.

Serve with ice cubes to make the smoothie especially cool! 

You need:

  • 1.5 oranges
  • 3 carrots
  • 1.5 apples
  • to taste lemon juice
  • ice cube
  • to taste water

Preperation:

1. Squeeze the juice from the oranges. Peel and chop the carrots. Core and chop the apples.
2. Add orange juice, apple, carrot, and ice to a blender.
3. Season with lemon juice and add some water if necessary.

NUTRITION: 350 calories / 1.3 g fat / 64.4 g carbs / 18.8 g fiber / 5.6 g protein
