You need:
- 50 gram avocados
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 100 gram berry mix
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, fat-reduced
- 200 milliliter plant-based milk (soy/almond/oat/rice/coconut)
Preperation:
1. Halve the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Wash the strawberries, cut in half, and place in the blender together with the remaining ingredients.
