Other types of fruit also work well with this shake. Try it with berries, pears, or nectarines. There are no limits to your imagination.
- 1 apple
- 300 milliliter milk
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Wash and core the apple, cut into small pieces and place in a blender.
2. Add the buttermilk and cinnamon and puree until creamy. You can also use an immersion blender. If the shake is too sour, add a teaspoon or less of honey or agave syrup.
3. Sprinkle your delicious shake with a little cinnamon and enjoy.
