This smoothie is for you if you feel like having chocolate for breakfast. The banana makes it sweet and keeps you full for a long time.

You need:
- 1 banana
- 200 milliliter milk (skim)
- 2 spoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 3 ice cubes
Preperation:
1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Place in blender with milk and puree.
2. Now add the cocoa powder and ice and blend again briefly. Already done: fast food couldn’t be any healthier!
