Banana Chocolate smoothie

This smoothie is for you if you feel like having chocolate for breakfast. The banana makes it sweet and keeps you full for a long time.

Add some coffee for a wake-up kick!

You need:

  • 1 banana
  • 200 milliliter milk (skim)
  • 2 spoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 3 ice cubes

Preperation:

1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Place in blender with milk and puree.

2. Now add the cocoa powder and ice and blend again briefly. Already done: fast food couldn’t be any healthier!

NUTRITION: 309 calories / 7.4 g fat / 41.6 g carbs / 8.5 g fiber / 12.5 g protein
