Basil with berries?! You bet! A superfood bomb for a successful start to the day!

Basil adds so much to any smoothie! Give it a try!

You need:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 350 milliliter coconut milk (low-fat)
  • 1 handful basil (fresh)
  • 1 handful berry mix (frozen)

Preperation:

1. Peel and halve the banana. Wash and drain the basil.

2. Add the basil, berries, banana, and coconut milk to a blender and purée until smooth.

NUTRITION: 550 calories / 43 g fat / 31 g carbs / 7.5 g fiber / 7.1 g protein
