The açai powder is only an option and can be left out.
You need:
- 150 gram berry mix (frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1 handful spinach (raw)
- 1 spoon chia seeds
- 50 milliliter water
- 100 milliliter almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 dates
- 1 teaspoon açai powder
Preperation:
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix well. Use fresh berries in the summer!
