Although avocado has a high fat content for fruit, this fat is considered high-quality and has a positive effect on your health when enjoyed in small quantities. The smoothie also contains many vitamins.

Try it with other berries! 

You need:

  • 200 gram blueberries
  • 1 spoon avocado
  • 300 milliliter coconut water
  • lime juice
  • ice cube
  • mint

Preperation:

1. Wash the blueberries.
2. Puree the avocado, blueberries, coconut water, and lime juice in a blender. Serve your smoothie with some ice and garnish with mint. Your smoothie tastes especially refreshing when served cold.

NUTRITION: 144 calories / 3.4 g fat / 25.1 g carbs / 10.4 g fiber / 1.7 g protein
