Pour your shake into a container with a screw-top lid and your healthy beauty snack is ready as the perfect pick-me-up.

You need:

  • 50 gram blueberries
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder
  • 1 spoon flaxseed (crushed)
  • 250 gram Greek yogurt (low-fat)

Preperation:

1. Add all the ingredients one by one to a blender and puree into a creamy shake.
