Blueberry yogurt smoothie

Psyllium husks are credited with many beneficial effects. They help with digestion and fill you up for a long time: Bon appétit!

If you don’t like yogurt in your smoothie, swap it for milk, soy milk, or some juice!

You need:

  • 200 gram blueberries
  • 1 spoon psyllium husk
  • 200 gram yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • 100 milliliter water
  • ice cube

Preperation:

1. Wash the blueberries.

2. Purée the blueberries together with the yogurt, psyllium husks. and ice cubes in a blender.

3. If necessary, add a little water as the psyllium husks swell. Serve cold.

NUTRITION: 185 calories / 1.5 g fat / 28 g carbs / 18.6 g fiber / 12.3 g protein
