If you don’t like yogurt in your smoothie, swap it for milk, soy milk, or some juice!
- 200 gram blueberries
- 1 spoon psyllium husk
- 200 gram yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 100 milliliter water
- ice cube
1. Wash the blueberries.
2. Purée the blueberries together with the yogurt, psyllium husks. and ice cubes in a blender.
3. If necessary, add a little water as the psyllium husks swell. Serve cold.
