Try this new delicious recipe, that supports your fitness goal.

Of course, you can also choose other berry varieties or prepare a vegan shake with soy milk and soy quark.

You need:

  • 50 gram blueberries
  • 1/2 pear
  • to taste ginger
  • to taste cinnamon
  • 200 gram low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 150 milliliter milk

Preperation:

1. Wash, halve, and core the pear.

2. Wash the blueberries and add to the blender with the remaining ingredients. Puree everything at the highest level.

NUTRITION: 231 calories / 2 g fat / 27 g carbs / null g fiber / 25 g protein
