Pick up a stalk of celery and wash it in cold water. Pour the smoothie into a glass and insert the stem. That way you’ll be eating extra veggies, chewing them will stimulate digestion AND of course the stems make the drink look as good as a cocktail too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, frozen
  • 1 cup coconut water, unsweetened

NUTRITION: 54 calories / 0 g fat / 12 g carbs / 3 g fiber / 5 g sugar / 2 g protein
