Buttermilk and mango go well together. This makes this smoothie a real delicacy and helps you lose weight at the same time.

Also tastes great with other fruit or frozen mango! Be creative! 

You need:

  • 400 gram mango
  • 200 milliliter milk
  • mint

Preperation:

1. Peel mango, cut from core, and dice (alternatively, use frozen mango).

2. Puree mango and buttermilk in a blender.
3. Garnish smoothie with mint and enjoy chilled.

NUTRITION: 324 calories / 2.8 g fat / 58.4 g carbs / 6.4 g fiber / 9.2 g protein
