Carrot smoothie

This power smoothie is full of vitamins and will jumpstart your morning!

Try it with apples instead of oranges!

You need:

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • water
  • 1 lacing linseed oil

Preperation:

1. Wash and peel the carrots and ginger. Cut the carrots and ginger into pieces.

2. Peel and finely chop the orange.

3. Place everything in a blender and add some water.

4. Before you start blending, add a splash of flax seed oil.

5. Process everything until the desired consistency is achieved.

6. Pour the smoothie into a nice glass and enjoy! 

NUTRITION: 376 calories / 17.9 g fat / 35.6 g carbs / 19.4 g fiber / 8.1 g protein
