Try it with apples instead of oranges!
- 2 oranges
- 2 carrots
- 1 piece ginger
- 2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 lacing linseed oil
1. Wash and peel the carrots and ginger. Cut the carrots and ginger into pieces.
2. Peel and finely chop the orange.
3. Place everything in a blender and add some water.
4. Before you start blending, add a splash of flax seed oil.
5. Process everything until the desired consistency is achieved.
6. Pour the smoothie into a nice glass and enjoy!
