Chia seeds are rich in antioxidants, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, and many other important nutrients. What could be better than this delicious and healthy smoothie to start your day?

If you want a slightly thicker consistency, stir chia seeds and almond milk together and let soak for about 30 minutes before blending.

You need:

  • 200 gram blueberries
  • 200 gram blueberries
  • 250 milliliter almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1.5 spoon chia seeds
  • ice cube

Preperation:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well blended. Enjoy cold! 

NUTRITION: 342 calories / 17 g fat / 26 g carbs / 25.3 g fiber / 10.7 g protein
