While flaxseed boosts digestion, apples keep you full longer, so these two ingredients make a great weight loss smoothie.

If you prepare it in the evening for the next day, the flaxseeds thicken overnight and develop their full power. Vanilla extract and cinnamon provide a sweet aroma and the almonds provide the body with important fats. Just put all the ingredients in the blender and mix well. Et voilà! The smoothie is ready to lose weight.

Ingredients :

  • 1 Cup coconut water
  • 4 almonds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup Protein Pulver
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

NUTRITION: 230 calories / 2.5 g fat / 20 g carbs / 5 g fiber / 7 g sugar / 26 g protein
