This smoothie is a wonderful start to your day! It is very fragrant and, if you like coffee, you won’t be able to get enough of it.

You need:
- 1 cup coffee (strong)
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 200 gram soy yoghurt (unsweetened, frozen)
- to taste cinnamon
- 1 knifepinch vanilla pod (scraped)
Preperation:
1. Allow the coffee to cool. Peel the banana and puree everything together in a blender.
2. Season with cinnamon, add some ice, and enjoy.
