This smoothie is a wonderful start to your day! It is very fragrant and, if you like coffee, you won’t be able to get enough of it.

For a real wake-up kick in the morning! 

You need:

  • 1 cup coffee (strong)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 200 gram soy yoghurt (unsweetened, frozen)
  • to taste cinnamon
  • 1 knifepinch vanilla pod (scraped)

Preperation:

1. Allow the coffee to cool. Peel the banana and puree everything together in a blender.

2. Season with cinnamon, add some ice, and enjoy.

NUTRITION: 244 calories / 4.9 g fat / 34.8 g carbs / 5.9 g fiber / 10 g protein
