This extravagant smoothie is especially tasty on days when you don’t feel like a fruity smoothie.

Dill also goes well with this combination.

You need:

  • 1 cucumber
  • to taste ice cube
  • 1 branch basil (fresh)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 200 gram soy yogurt (unsweetened)

Preperation:

1. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and chop. Peel and crush the garlic.

2. Puree the garlic, cucumber, basil, and milk in a blender.

3. Add ice and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy cold.

NUTRITION: 165 calories / 5.6 g fat / 14.1 g carbs / 6.6 g fiber / 11.2 g protein
