- 1 cucumber
- to taste ice cube
- 1 branch basil (fresh)
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 gram soy yogurt (unsweetened)
1. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and chop. Peel and crush the garlic.
2. Puree the garlic, cucumber, basil, and milk in a blender.
3. Add ice and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy cold.
