The somewhat unusual iced smoothie with cucumber and mint tea. Nevertheless, a pleasure and a good help on the way to the bikini figure!
This iced smoothie tastes especially good if a bit of salt is added!
You need:
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1/2 handful honeydew melon
- 100 milliliter peppermint tea (cold)
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 1 splash lime juice
- 2 handful crushed ice
Preperation:
1. Wash the cucumber and chop coarsely.
2. Remove the seeds from the honey melon, peel, and chop.
3. Place the cucumber with melon, peppermint tea, and crushed ice in a blender. Add a dash each of lemon and lime juice and mix well.
