A classic fruity smoothie that pleases everyone. It contains lots of vitamins and keeps you full until the next meal and is also delicious.
You need:
- 200 gram strawberries
- 1/2 apple
- 1 banana
- 100 milliliter orange juice (fresh-squeezed)
- ice cube
Preperation:
1. Peel banana and apple. Core the apple and remove the leaves from the strawberries.
2. Add the fruit to the blender and puree.
3. Add orange juice and ice cubes and blend again briefly.
