This smoothie is very exotic. Banana, apple, and passion fruit juice give it a fruity note and the ginger gives it a real kick.

You need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 200 milliliter passionfruit juice
  • 1 spoon ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 lemon

Preperation:

1. Squeeze the juice of the lemon.

2. Add the lemon juice, banana, apple, ginger, and passion fruit juice to the blender.

3. To give the smoothie a thinner texture, add water.

NUTRITION: 315 calories / 0.9 g fat / 67.4 g carbs / 5.1 g fiber / 2.3 g protein
