Green smoothies are always good for you! This one is especially healthy and delicious! Try it yourself.

Is it already hot in the morning? Use frozen spinach to make a refreshingly cool smoothie.

You need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 spoon flaked coconut
  • 300 milliliter almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 handful spinach (raw)

Preperation:

1. Peel and quarter the banana and kiwi.

2. Add the banana, kiwi, spinach, and almond milk to the blender and purée for about 3 minutes.

3. Serve the smoothie in a glass or bowl and garnish with coconut flakes.

NUTRITION: 426 calories / 22.1 g fat / 40.8 g carbs / 12.2 g fiber / 7.6 g protein
