- 1/2 avocado
- 1 handful spinach (raw)
- 2 stick celeries
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 1/2 liter water
1. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Wash the celery stalks, cut off the ends, and cut into chunks. Wash spinach.
2. Add the avocado, celery, spinach, water, and a dash of lemon juice to a blender. purée everything thoroughly.
