Green smoothie with avocado, celery, and spinach

A green smoothie for breakfast provides you with many important vitamins and minerals. Something to enjoy while also promoting your health!

Tastes best when served over ice cubes! 

You need:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful spinach (raw)
  • 2 stick celeries
  • 1 splash lemon juice
  • 1/2 liter water

Preperation:

1. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Wash the celery stalks, cut off the ends, and cut into chunks. Wash spinach.

2. Add the avocado, celery, spinach, water, and a dash of lemon juice to a blender. purée everything thoroughly.

NUTRITION: 209 calories / 13.2 g fat / 10 g carbs / 11.6 g fiber / 5.9 g protein
