Spinach is packed with valuable vitamins and minerals. The exotic mango lends a fruity note to our green smoothie.
You need:
- 1 banana
- 200 gram mango
- 2 handful spinach (raw)
- 100 milliliter apple juice
- 100 milliliter water
- cinnamon
Preperation:
1. Peel banana and mango, wash spinach thoroughly, and shake dry.
2. Add to blend together with apple juice and water and mix.
3. Add cinnamon to taste.
