This breakfast is for you, if you just like to eat something light in the morning or when you’re in a rush!
A little rose water gives the lassi a floral taste.
You need:
- 1/2 mango
- 120 milliliter milk
- 120 milliliter yogurt (low-fat)
- 3 ice cubes
- water
- 1 pinch cardamom (ground)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch allspice
- 1 kohlrabi
Preperation:
1. Cut the mango along the pit into two halves. Remove the flesh with a spoon and place in a blender.
2. Add the buttermilk, yogurt, lemon juice, ice cubes, a pinch of cardamom, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of allspice. Process until smooth.
3. Is the lassi too thick? Add some sparkling water and process again until it has the desired consistency.
4. Peel the kohlrabi and cut it into strips. Enjoy alongside the lassi.
