This smoothie gives you power for a perfect start to the day. With plenty of healthy vitamins and minerals.

Instead of fennel, you can also useĀ butter lettuce.

You need:

  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 handful spinach (raw)
  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 spoon avocado
  • 1 piece ginger (small)
  • 1 branch mint
  • 300 gram soy yoghurt (unsweetened, frozen)

Preperation:

1. Wash the spinach, fennel, cucumber, and avocado and puree everything in the blender.

2. If you like, add mint and ginger. Then blend again.

NUTRITION: 318 calories / 10.5 g fat / 31.12 g carbs / 8.34 g fiber / 19.56 g protein
