Instead of fennel, you can also useĀ butter lettuce.
You need:
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1 handful spinach (raw)
- 1 fennel bulb
- 1 carrot
- 1 spoon avocado
- 1 piece ginger (small)
- 1 branch mint
- 300 gram soy yoghurt (unsweetened, frozen)
Preperation:
1. Wash the spinach, fennel, cucumber, and avocado and puree everything in the blender.
2. If you like, add mint and ginger. Then blend again.
