Papaya and Physallis are both very rich in vitamins and should therefore be in every diet. The smoothie is also really fruity and delicious.

Add a little mint for a kick of freshness to your smoothie! 

You need:

  • 200 gram ground cherries
  • 1.5 oranges
  • 300 gram papaya

Preperation:

1. Cut the papaya lengthwise, remove the seeds with a spoon and discard, then spoon out the pulp.

2. Remove physallis from the outer skin and rinse briefly.
3. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
4. Put everything in a blender and finely puree.

NUTRITION: 438 calories / 3.2 g fat / 79.1 g carbs / 14.9 g fiber / 9.9 g protein
