Papaya and Physallis are both very rich in vitamins and should therefore be in every diet. The smoothie is also really fruity and delicious.

- 200 gram ground cherries
- 1.5 oranges
- 300 gram papaya
1. Cut the papaya lengthwise, remove the seeds with a spoon and discard, then spoon out the pulp.
2. Remove physallis from the outer skin and rinse briefly.
3. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
4. Put everything in a blender and finely puree.
