Instead of mango, you can also double the peaches!
You need:
- 200 gram mango
- 1.5 peaches
- 200 gram yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 spoon almonds (ground)
- 1 piece ginger
- to taste cinnamon
Preperation:
1. Peel and cut the ginger into small pieces. Peel the mango and cut the fruit off of the pit.
2. Wash the peaches. Remove the pits and cut into small pieces.
3. Purée the mango, peaches, yogurt, almonds, and ginger in a blender until creamy. Season to taste with cinnamon.
