- 200 gram mango
- 2 peaches
- 1 spoon green tea
- 1 cm ginger
- 200 milliliter water
1. Pour boiling water over tea and let steep for approx. 3 minutes. Then place container in a sink filled with cold water.
2. Peel mango and cut into pieces. Halve the peaches, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces. Peel ginger and cut into small pieces.
3. Puree everything with the immersion blender, garnish with mint, and serve.
