Try this new delicious recipe, that supports your fitness goal.

Whether frozen or fresh berries, they’ll give your morning smoothie a particularly fresh touch.

You need:

  • 3 spoon oatmeal
  • 250 gram soy yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 100 gram blueberries
  • 100 milliliter soy milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • alternative sweetener (erythritol or stevia)

Preperation:

Place all the ingredients in the shaker and mix well. Sweeten to taste. If necessary, add some water.

NUTRITION: 288 calories / 10.2 g fat / 23.7 g carbs / 9.1 g fiber / 18.5 g protein
