This smoothie will spoil you with the taste of summer. So lean back and enjoy a little break from everyday stresses with pineapple and coconut.

You can also replace half of the pineapple with 1/4 honeydew melon. This makes the smoothie a little sweeter.

You need:

  • 400 gram pineapple
  • 400 milliliter coconut water
  • 1.5 spoon shredded coconut
  • 2 handful crushed ice

Preperation:

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well blended.

2. Enjoy cold! 

NUTRITION: 389 calories / 10.5 g fat / 63.8 g carbs / 8.6 g fiber / 3.1 g protein
