An ideal post-workout shake: rich in protein and carbohydrates and super delicious. Perfect for you and building your muscles.

Prepare all the ingredients before working out. Now you can quickly prepare your shake right after you’re finished!

You need:

  • 20 gram amaranth (puffed)
  • 1 banana
  • 200 gram low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 2 spoon almond flour
  • 2 spoon honey
  • 250 milliliter water

Preperation:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well blended. Enjoy cold!

NUTRITION: 495 calories / 7.2 g fat / 60 g carbs / 16.5 g fiber / 44.1 g protein
