Garnish with a little mint. It goes perfectly with the raspberries and looks great!
- 100 gram raspberries
- 100 gram honeydew melon
- 150 milliliter white tea
- 2 handful crushed ice
- 1 splash lime juice
1. Prepare the white tea, allow to cool, and put in the fridge to chill for a few hours.
2. Wash the raspberries and cut the peeled honeydew melon into bite-sized pieces.
3. Add the white tea, fruit, a splash of lime juice and the crushed ice to a blender and puree everything until creamy.
4. Pour the smoothie into a nice glass and serve ice-cold.
