Raspberry dream iced smoothie

A dream for all raspberry fans! Fruity and light: ideal for hot summer days!

Garnish with a little mint. It goes perfectly with the raspberries and looks great! 

You need:

  • 100 gram raspberries
  • 100 gram honeydew melon
  • 150 milliliter white tea
  • 2 handful crushed ice
  • 1 splash lime juice

Preperation:

1. Prepare the white tea, allow to cool, and put in the fridge to chill for a few hours.

2. Wash the raspberries and cut the peeled honeydew melon into bite-sized pieces.

3. Add the white tea, fruit, a splash of lime juice and the crushed ice to a blender and puree everything until creamy.

4. Pour the smoothie into a nice glass and serve ice-cold.

NUTRITION: 102 calories / 0.6 g fat / 17.4 g carbs / 5.6 g fiber / 2.6 g protein
