The less liquid you add, the more the smoothie becomes a slushy!

You need:

  • 200 gram raspberries (frozen)
  • 3 handful crushed ice
  • 100 milliliter coconut water
  • 1 splash lime

Preperation:

1. Wash the berries.

2. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.

NUTRITION: 121 calories / 0.6 g fat / 19.2 g carbs / 8 g fiber / 2.4 g protein
