Refreshing cucumber tomato smoothie

This smoothie is refreshing and delicious in every season. If you like, you can add a bit more flavor with a few herbs or Tabasco sauce.

Mint lends the smoothie an extra kick of freshness! 

You need:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 vine tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 100 milliliter water

Preperation:

1. Peel the cucumber and chop it roughly.

2. Peel the tomatoes, cut out the cores, and quarter them.
3. Puree the cucumber, tomatom and water in a blender, season with salt and pepper, and serve.

NUTRITION: 169 calories / 2.2 g fat / 25.2 g carbs / 11.6 g fiber / 8.9 g protein
