- 1 apple
- 1 cucumber
- 300 gram yogurt (low-fat)
- 1 handful crushed ice
1. Wash and core the apple and cut into small pieces.
2. Wash and finely chop the cucumber.
3. Place the apple and cucumber pieces together with the yogurt and the crushed ice in a blender and mix everything until your smoothie is creamy. Enjoy!
