Cashews contain many high quality proteins and fat. The B-vitamins provide strong nerves and the active ingredients apigenin and y-aminobutyric acid in chamomile help with stress.

A real treat with raspberries, too! 

You need:

  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 25 gram oatmeal
  • 15 gram cashews
  • 100 gram blueberries
  • 100 milliliter chamomile tea
  • 100 milliliter coconut water

Preperation:

Mix all the ingredients well in a blender and enjoy.

NUTRITION: 311 calories / 8.8 g fat / 46 g carbs / 9.3 g fiber / 7.3 g protein
