Spinach is generally considered a very healthy vegetable and should be in everyone’s diet! Vanilla lends the smoothie a special taste.
Try it with other fruits!
You need:
- 2 handful spinach (raw)
- 1.5 peaches
- 1/2 cucumber
- 100 milliliter water
- 2 spoon lemon juice
- 1 knifepinch vanilla pod (scraped)
Preperation:
1. Wash vegetables and fruits well and dry. Core the peach and chop roughly.
2. Put everything in a blender, puree, and enjoy immediately.
