- 200 gram strawberries
- 150 gram cherries (frozen)
- 100 gram yogurt (low-fat)
- 200 gram almond milk (unsweetened)
- ice cube
Preperation:
1. Wash and trim strawberries.
2. Use an immersion blender to break up the strawberries, cherries, almond milk, yogurt, and ice into a smoothie. Serve.
