Try this new delicious recipe, that supports your fitness goal.

Instead of strawberries, you can also use blueberries or raspberries.

You need:

  • 200 gram low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 150 gram yogurt (low-fat)
  • 100 gram strawberries
  • vanilla powder
  • to taste water

Preperation:

1. Wash and trim the strawberries. Place in a blender together with the remaining ingredients and puree into a shake.

NUTRITION: 240 calories / 3 g fat / 24 g carbs / 2 g fiber / 28 g protein
