With this iced smoothie, you’re getting both servings of delicious fruits and lots of fluid for rehydration. This will keep you full for a long time while being wonderfully refreshing!

Add some fresh mint. It will give your smoothie more flavor.

You need:

  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 handful strawberries
  • 100 milliliter fruit tea (cold)
  • 2 handful crushed ice

Preperation:

1. Peel the orange and cut into small pieces.

2. Wash and trim the strawberries.

3. Put the orange, strawberries, fruit tea, and crushed ice in a blender and mix well. Best served cold!

NUTRITION: 91 calories / 0.7 g fat / 15.8 g carbs / 4.8 g fiber / 2 g protein
