Strawberries are very fruity and delicious. A tasty smoothie with milk that everyone will want to start their day with.

A bit of mint in the smoothie adds even more freshness!

You need:

  • 400 gram strawberries
  • 200 milliliter milk (skim)
  • 3 teaspoon honey
  • ice cube
  • mint

Preperation:

1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.

2. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

3. Garnish with mint and enjoy cold.

NUTRITION: 314 calories / 4.6 g fat / 53.9 g carbs / 8 g fiber / 10.2 g protein
