Tropical fruit are real all-rounders: they contain many vitamins, minerals, and taste super fruity. Just right for a nice summer day.

Tropical fruit are real all-rounders: they contain many vitamins, minerals, and taste super fruity. Why not refine your smoothie with lime, vanilla, or cinnamon!Just right for a nice summer day.

You need:

  • 100 gram pineapple
  • 100 gram mangoes
  • 150 gram papaya
  • 1/2 banana
  • 200 milliliter coconut water
  • 80 milliliter passionfruit juice
  • 1.5 spoon shredded coconut
  • 1 handful crushed ice

Preperation:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well blended. Enjoy cold! 

NUTRITION: 415 calories / 11 g fat / 70 g carbs / 11 g fiber / 4 g protein
