Packed with protein, fruit and coffee, this smoothie has everything you need to get you from 0 to fully functioning in minutes.

If you usually sweeten your coffee, make sure the bananas are very ripe or add a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup!

You need:

  • 2 bananas
  • 200 milliliter soy milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 spoon almonds (ground)
  • 200 milliliter coffee (cold)
  • 4 ice cubes

Preperation:

  • 1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well blended. Enjoy cold!

NUTRITION: 469 calories / 14.8 g fat / 62.2 g carbs / 10.2 g fiber / 15.1 g protein
