Be careful when peeling the prickly pears. It’s best to use gloves to protect your hands from the nasty spines.
- 100 gram watermelons
- 100 gram prickly pears
- 2 handful crushed ice
- 150 milliliter fruit tea (cold)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Remove the flesh of the watermelon and cut into pieces. Remove any seeds.
2. Peel the prickly pears. Watch out for their spines. Finely chop the pulp.
3. Now puree all the ingredients in a blender until creamy.
