What a Way to Wake Up has it all: a combination of vitamin-rich fruits and vegetables that get you ready for the day.

optionally, some fresh mint.

You need:

  • 1 Japanese persimmon
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 100 milliliter orange juice (fresh-squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish

  • 1 bell pepper (yellow)

Preperation:

1. Remove the stems of the persimmon and tomatoes. Remove the seeds of the pepper. Place everything in the blender.

2. Add enough orange juice to make a thick mass.
