Some cinnamon makes this mocktail particularly delicious.
- 200 milliliter coconut milk (low-fat)
- 2 spoon shredded coconut
- 2 bananas
- ice cube
- 150 gram soy yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 lacing water
1. Peel the banana and cut into small chunks. Place in the blender together with the soy yogurt and coconut milk.
2. Process until smooth, then pour into two beautiful glasses. Add some water if necessary.
3. Put a few ice cubes into the glasses and then decorate with the coconut flakes!
